1 Year Guarantee & Warranty Periods
All guarantee & warranty periods begin from the date of delivery. If you suspect that there may a fault with your bed, please message us with your order number.
A one year guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship applies to all our products in the BedsByUs bed range - unless they have been sold as clearance items or, in the case of mattress or bed only sales, have been used with a non – approved base or mattress that is deemed unsuitable. Any bed or mattress deemed to be subject to faulty materials or workmanship during the first year will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Returns
Each & every order placed is made to order to ensure quality assurance which is key for us. We want our customers to feel fully supported both via our service and products therefore, we have added a 14 day return for peace of mind, please ensure the following,
- Goods must be in original or similar packaging.
- Please place the goods on the ground floor for the courier service
- We cannot accept beds that have been used due to hygiene.
We reserve the right to hold all or part of your refund if the above is not adhered to.
Please note £70 will be deducted from your refund for collection of the goods & £25 administration fees
You can send us the goods back via your own courier service however, we ask that you use a tracked service as we will not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
Cancellations
Here at BedsByUs, we understand situations and the challenges life can throw at you therefore, we offer a cancelation policy should anything occur, this is our way of wishing you good luck & helping you where we can. Customer(s) can cancel their order at any time, however. please do try and advise us at the earliest opportunity.
Please note: £25 will be deducted from your refund for administration fees.
Failed deliveries
We will contact you via your preferred method of contact to provide you a 4-hour time slot regarding your delivery, unless you have stated otherwise, we assume all is well with the slot provided. If the courier returns with your bed (e.g. customer not at home) we reserve the right to charge a fee of £70 for redelivery. All redeliveries will respect our rolling delivery schedule. If we are unable to redeliver, we will refund your funds within 7 working days. Please note delivery and admin fees will be deducted from your refund
Refunds
Once we have received your goods at our warehouse and any relevant inspection is completed, if you meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund which you will receive within 7 working days.
